Participants will learn about the various types of thin brick and how to specify thin brick in accordance with ASTM C1088, as well as the different kinds of support systems for thin brick veneers, with a particular emphasis on accepted installation procedures for thin brick in adhered veneer systems.
The course also covers how thin brick may be embedded into precast and tilt-up concrete systems and provides an overview of the sizes, colors, and textures of thin brick on the market, closing out with an exploration of thin brick design applications.
