FORT WORTH, TEXAS, Feb. 10 – For the second straight year, Acme Brick Company has made the publisher Forbes’s list of America’s Best Midsize Employers.
Acme’s inaugural appearance on the Forbes list was in 2025. This year’s list is the publisher’s 11th annual edition.
“We’re honored to be recognized among America’s best employers,” said Ed Watson, President and CEO of Acme Brick Company. “One of the pillars of our success is to make Acme a great place to work, and this honor is a testament to our individual location leaders, and indeed every Acme associate.”
Companies considered for the list have 1,000-5,000 U.S. employees. Acme employs just under 2,000 associates among nearly 70 locations in the Southeast and Southwest United States.
Forbes engaged the market research firm Statista to survey employees of companies with at least 1,000 U.S. employees. The survey asked respondents if they would recommend their employer to others, and respondents evaluated their employer according to several key criteria. Then Statista compared these survey results with those of the past three years in preparing the final rankings.
